Am always using shell fuel only .fuel quality is good. But am totally disappointed at last three visits at london road ipswich shell site.My wife has paid for diesel for £50 the last three or four times but he hasn't scanned our Go plus shell card.Similarly, my wife put diesel in the car at around 7 am this morning.Your cell salesman said that the shell Go Plus is not working right now, but the bill showed that it was scanned in Go Plus.am totally very very disappointed. I have been consistently putting diesel in my woodbridge fuel shell and there has never been a single mistake like this.

Very poor customer service, after diesel bowser didn't switch off put fuel all over my van and the tarmac I went into inform the guy inside who told me I had to put sand on it rather than sending out his colleague. I asked would it be possible to get the amount of fuel wasted off my bill. He just said why should we pay for it. He refused to give me any soap anything to clean the diesel off the van. Really poor customer service shell

Had an issue with my shell pay at pump app. Would not proceed to PayPal to complete payment. After wondering around forecourt trying to see if signal was an issue and restarting my phone u could not get it to work. My wife sent photos of my credit card but the unhelpful chap insisted that he could only take " card " payment. My wife even offered to pay over phone. Absolutely couldn't care less that I was 30 miles from home and without fuel. Tossers

Went there tonight as needed fuel for work and I have fuel card this was the second place I tried and they except very friendly/helpful staff nice and clean to no litter very clean shop and forecourt will be back

Very dissapointed! Will never visit again! Arrived with clean lovely smelling car and after fuelling up have left with teribly stinking of diesel car. As it was very bad spillage of diesel all over fuel pump, have stepped in to it, my feet was slipping of brake pedal, couldn't drive safely back home. My car stinks of diesel for two days in the row now, smell is bad and doesn't looks like it settles down. My shoes stinks as well even after washing them! My car needs a chemical valeting after visiting Shell Ranelagh fuel station!

Great Shell Garage, Standard prices for fuel and great to get a bite to eat and a Coffee. Open 24 hours so if you need to get something late at night but the other shops are closed this is a great place to head to. I normally go there at night if I have forgotten something during the day. Very nice staff, they will go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for and in the evenings they are happy to go get the item for you without a complain. Love this shell garage a lot.

The station technically is very good and an old reference at the London Road in Ipswich. But... Take care folk, the management is not very serious, as we would like. Three years ago I paid my diesel with my debit card and they charged me twice. Now is different: the amount of fuel supplied is shorter than the pump shows. Keep an eye in the situation with the help of the your fuel gage.
