Am always using shell fuel only .fuel quality is good. But am totally disappointed at last three visits at london road ipswich shell site.My wife has paid for diesel for £50 the last three or four times but he hasn't scanned our Go plus shell card.Similarly, my wife put diesel in the car at around 7 am this morning.Your... read full comment

Very poor customer service, after diesel bowser didn't switch off put fuel all over my van and the tarmac I went into inform the guy inside who told me I had to put sand on it rather than sending out his colleague. I asked would it be possible to get the amount of fuel wasted off my bill. He just said why should we pay... read full comment
