THEY LOST MY ITEMS, I cannot stress how hard it is to lose something, i asked for a shirt and a t shirt to be held and i got told they couldnt find it over the course of 4 days, i needed those clothes for an upcoming concert but no, we cant find them, useless, absolutely useless, not happy. I am also incredibly unhappy with how the clothes i planned on buying were treated, being left on the counter. I am autistic and i really wanted them and was really looking forward to getting them but this has since been ruined by incompetent managing of my items.
