I am over the moon with the excellent level of customer service provided at Seat Ipswich this week. From the first time meeting Colm on Monday, to today when I collected my new car from Reuben. Previously when purchasing a car, I have had some really poor experiences from one independent garage who sold me a faulty car with multiple issues. After coming to Seat, for a little chat and having a look what they could offer, Colm & the team have restored my trust when purchasing a new car.I cannot thank you all enough for the making me feel so welcome into the dealership, getting to know me and what my needs are for my next vehicle. Helping me get the best car for my budget and setting me up with some amazing insurance deals to ensure that my Arona is looked after for the next few years. We used SEAT for our new car and the sales associate we dealt with was absolutely amazing and so accommodating. Liam Fisher went above and beyond to make our wants and needs possible. If you do use this company I?d recommend going with Liam Fisher but if you can?t the other staff are amazing too! Thank you so much for a great experience ?

10/10 serviceI struggled to get my vehicle in for service and a repairs but the staff were brilliant especially CarlThey kindly collected and returned my vehicle both times and nothing was too much troubleVery grateful

Absolutely poor service, car went in for some factory remedial work which was completed. Car was returned to us with electronic faults such as, the headlights were lowered to the point that driving a night is dangerous. Second fault was the radio/media system has started switching its self off randomly and the reverse light warning flashes on the dashboard intermittently/ aswell as the light it self.Re contacted the service department about these issues which were not present before the remedial work was carry out. Only to be told that this is not there problem and I have to in fact now pay them for fixing the problems they created in the first place.Utterly unacceptable service. And would recommend other customers to avoid this garage.

Bought an Approved Used Leon Cupra ST in May 23, at a distance as I am in Glasgow. Car had a scratch the length of the lower passenger door which wasn't mentioned in pre-sale - faint, but deep enough to snag a finger nail. However worse was to come when the car emptied its radiator on my first proper run, because fixtures missing from the radiator fan housing where one of the coolant pipes attaches were allowing the coolant hose to contact the alternator pulley, and the hose split. Temporarily fixed by roadside assistance and then under SEAT warranty. Prior to this the engine management light had come on a few times - car felt underpowered and there was a slight hiss, so no surprise to find an underboost condition was being logged. This was also fixed under warranty. It makes you wonder what checks an Approved Used Car has passed. Car also stank of smoke which become more apparent as the days went on and presumably the effect of the dealer's fragrance wore off. Smell has only gone now, 5 months later.Car arrived with no paperwork showing results of multi point check, nothing relating to roadside assistance details, no service history print out, and no Approved Warranty Confirmation of Cover - I had to phone them up myself and register for that. Just as well I did, given what happened a few days later.Pre-sale was good, but then they don't have your money at that point. Email about my post sale issues went unanswered and I realised I was better off sorting it out myself.

Apologies for the delay in writing my review, I?ve been too busy enjoying my new car! I recently purchased a Cupra Leon. After bringing my Ibiza in for a service I had a chat with Simon in the sales team. Absolutely fantastic service! He went through everything in great detail with me about my options. This is the second time I?ve dealt with Simon (having purchased my Ibiza through him too) and I have nothing but praise for the service he?s provided at every stage. He called me a few days after I had the car just to check in and make sure everything was ok.I cannot fault anything about the process from start to finish. 10/10 and I look forward to dealing with Simon and the Team in the future.

Brought a car here 5 months ago, Bluetooth broke 2 months later and no one has resolved it. Been in three times, told I will receive a call, never have. I have also emailed twice and been ignored. Extremely disappointed with the service I have been receiving here.

Can't recommend enough, especially Connor Williamson from the sales department. He has been absolutely amazing through out the whole process as well as everyone on his team. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and help to the best of their ability. Glad to be apart of the SEAT Family. Absolutely over the moon with my car. Was Such a smooth and easy purchase.Thank you guys!

Absolutely brilliant service received from all staff and was even greeted by the GM, I have had my new car a few weeks now and extremely happy, I also received a call from the salesman (Liam) a week or so later so check all was ok. Would highly recommend.

Apart from a nice free coffee and biscuits,whenever I?ve had to take a car to be looked over or serviced, it always feels like a major effort from the staff, with the exception of last time when I spoke with a lovely chap, who genuinely seemed to care, perhaps things are on the up.
