Always very helpful staff who are always keen to help, even if you do not know what something is called, you can describe it and they will help find it! Great work.
Stock always seems pretty good as well, very few times have I had to wait for it to come from another store etc.

Screwfix stocks most everything, staff really know their stuff and usually really helpful. However, the instore-online ordering system is a bit of a pain. It?s not the smoothest to navigate, and can sometimes make you feel like you?re solving a puzzle just to place an order.

Nice experience. Nice helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Quite busy. It's got everything what you could need. It's got good prices. Easy to find and Afterwards I got what I needed and if they don't have it, they're always willing to get it in for you quite quickly Very good service

Generally a great selection of items sold at good prices but the front of house employees that serve at the counter are very hit and miss. One day they are great, but then next time they can be terrible.
