They charge an extortionate 'service charge' and make endless false promises of moving people on, while the majority of residents are hit with same-day evictions after a certain amount of time.

The management use to search threw rooms and steal items that belonged to tenants staff was not helpful at all when people tried to get re homed threw other councils the staff would not help which very silly as for ipswich councils were very very slow to help people and complaints were always swept under the carpet and... read full comment
