Went today,Thursday, and not over busy. Lots of offers if you are a nectar card holder which is good. Used the scan and shop which is very easy.

So disappointing. The restaurant is going to close. The changing rooms are no longer available. The clothing lines don't carry a full range of sizes and colours. I often buy belts ( for clothing) but the display looks more like an end of range display. Come on Sainsbury's you are failing to be "Super". If you try and cherry pick what you have for sale, you'll realise you are obtaining profit margins but not market share. It breaks my heart.

I had a terrible experience at the Sainsbury?s Warren Heath, Ipswich branch on Wednesday, 5th February around 9:45 PM. I asked a staff member, JANINE, for assistance at the self-checkout regarding a security tag removal. While she acknowledged me, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of coming over to help, she continued chatting with her colleagues, making me feel like I was disturbing her conversation rather than being a valued customer.
Other staff members were polite and helpful, but Janine?s attitude was unacceptable. I?ve been a loyal Sainsbury?s customer for years, but after this experience, I will seriously reconsider shopping here again. Very disappointing service! I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue.

I was there to drop off a delivery there was a night manager who was very rude and wanted me to work over my hours which was totally illegal. Someone needs to educate them we are lorry drivers, not slaves have some respect

Evidently too cheap to pay for a music licence so just playing 30 seconds of songs. Couldn't stand it for longer than 5 minutes and left to spend money elsewhere

Well first time and probably the last! Wanted 2 cream teas only to be told at the till that I had to get the scones, jam and cream myself. They are located in 3 different places so I had to leave the till after paying, get a tray and then push apologetically through different parts of the queue!
The cashier seemed to look at the time when I said cream tea as though you are not allowed to have one before 2 o'clock?
Then it was difficult for her to work out how to give me a large cappuccino instead of the regular drink.
To cap it all off I was given Lurpak! I asked for butter and was offered Flora! Anything that is spreadable like that is not butter in my opinion.
Dreadful experience and probably will never return!

Visited the in store Cafe for the first and last time!
Not a great experience ordered a Hot Fish finger sandwich not very nice fish and Luke warm the person I was with ordered a Jacket Potato it was hard and not cooked all the way through I can't understand how for a food store how Sainsburys have such low standards and clearly it appears a lack of training or equipment that perhaps needs upgrading.
Sainsburys really needs to do much better, they seriously need to bring this place up to a higher standard, if they want to see returning Customers.
