Yes it's local and convenient but the one thing that annoys me is the differences in prices between all these local supermarkets and the larger superstores. Why ? Surely what something costs you in one should cost you the same in another having said that there are usually plenty of offers available here and the produce is of good quality and staff are friendly and helpful when approached.

The store is fine, the staff are friendly, but the car park is a nightmare. It's tiny and chock full between 3 and 7 pm. There is only one disabled space which is constantly used by people WITHOUT a Blue Badge. If you say something to one of these selfish, inconsiderate drivers you're likely to get an earful of abuse, or they say sheepishly that they're only there to use the cash machine. As if that's a good reason to deprive a disabled person of a space, causing that person unnecessary pain, because having to walk even an extra few meters HURTS! Grrrr!!! Why can't a member of staff pop out regularly to keep an eye and have a word with people who park in a space they're not entitled to? The word would soon get out.

A good place to get groceries that you have ran out of or forgot to order with the weekly shop. It has decent variety for an increased price. However, the variety has decreased after the rearrangement of the store. It would have been a 5* but has decreased as a result of the rearrangement.

Generally well stocked shop and being a local store more expensive than the superstores. Make sure u have a nectar card as several products become cheaper

I like to 'Smart Shop' here, using the mbl phone app. I can go around the store, scanning products on my phone and bagging them, and at the end, I can select my payment method on my phone, scan the QR code in the store, and pay on my phone, receiving a digital receipt within the app.This time, I did have to go to the tills, as I bought alcohol and needed to get my purchase approved. That added a little more time but, it was still quicker than if I had shopped traditionally, and less stressful too.This store offers the Sainsbury's Meal Deal, it has a Costa Coffee Machine, it doesn't have handsets but you can still smart shop there on your phone if you have the app! If you shop traditionally, you can pay at a manned till, or you can go to one of the 3 or 4 ( I can't remember) Self Serve Tills, so you have choices here too. They are quite well stocked with produce and also have a little In-Store Bakery.The store is more expensive than the bigger stores, as with other mini versions of larger supermarket chains - it's like paying a ' convenience tax ' - so I have knocked a star off for what I think is an unwarranted mark up on prices; Otherwise it's a good little 'quick stop shop'. ???????????????????? ??

Small local store, with car parking. Reasonable selection of food, both fresh and frozen.Good selection of wines and beers (chilled as well). Choice of staffed tills or self serviced tills.Also has a cash point outside now that Barclays has closed the branch from over the road.

Nothing wrong with the actual shop but unfortunately this shop now does a Deliveroo/Uber grocery collect so what is an already small and tight car park is now full of cars/men sitting around waiting for orders to collect.

This is my local..all the staff are legends in their own right - very friendly and helpful-even the security guard is a good dude. 5 star service (even though I use the self check out)

I had to stay outside as had my two dogs and really wanted crossaint and lucozade the Manager kindly helped by getting them for me took payment and bought outside. And the crossaint were lovely. Good service
