I forgot to review the great service I received at the Sailmakers Rymans store in Ipswich.
Lee was friendly, personable and professional in his approach to customer service... and to the job at hand, which was binding a service/instruction manual for some tech' kit I'd refurbished.
High quality service at a sensible price... and it gave me time for a quick pint over the road whilst the job was being done.
Really good job Lee, cheers. Many thanks indeed.

Five stars to the gentleman staff member who helped me out by printing some special labels I needed. The lady assistant was very knowledgeable too, and it was a very pleasant visit to the store. Highly recommend for fantastic assistance with minimal fuss. and very reasonable price for the printing.

I had an excellent experience with Rymans. A lovely, smiley woman with curly hair served me and she was fabulous. I was having a terrible day and her customer service made me feel so much better!

Went into store recently to enquire about an Epson Eco tank printer. Sara was really helpful! She answered all of my questions happily and was very knowledgeable about their products! Would definitely go back to the Ipswich store! Thank you for the advice ?

I visited this DHL Express Service Point within the Ryman shop in Ipswich today, but one of the staff, who I believe was the manager, was very unhelpful and downright rude. I had to attach my address label together with a signed declaration to my parcel, in one of those transparent stickers, and I didn?t have one. He wasn?t serving me, but was chatting up a young woman at the till beside me. When I asked if they could help me with a sticker, he cut in and said ?are you paying here?, I replied that it was already covered, so he said ?we don?t supply those?. I would?ve happily paid for one, but I didn?t even get the chance to offer to. He was abrupt and dismissive. Thankfully the lady who was serving me helped me out, but his attitude was awful. I?m so angry about his attitude, and I?m certain I was an irritant as he was so engrossed with the other customer. I won?t be back
