Today (23rd of march 2024) I was minding my own business and shopping at river island. I asked for help to find the item I was looking for and received dirty looks and an extremely rude reply.She was very obnoxious and didn?t want to help me out and quick to dismiss me, I then asked a different employee who was lovely and helped me I asked her what her rude employees name was and to my surprise she was a manager called Laura! Very unimpressed

Came in briefly to get a refund as some clothes I'd bought from the Norwich branch didn't fit properly.The young lady that served me was very polite and helpful.I will come back to River Island as I like their clothes and the staff are nice, but this store is not local to me :)
