Purchased a double divan bed & it was delivered today, on time, professional, clean delivery van(outside AND Inside!).Independent shops really are cheaper & the service is much more personal.Thank you for being there.

****Beware****My friend bought the base for a bed for £100 and when it arrived we discovered it was too big to get up our stairs.We did not panic because we fully expected that the shop would have a returns policy but to our shock they do not replace goods !And we were told that they won?t replace or refund because they don?t have to.Very unprofessional and very unfair.The item Is even in the original packaging and it was bought only a week ago.
