I've been a member for a couple of years. It's a decent gym, except every autumn they turn down the air conditioning in an attempt to save money. It's far too hot and humid in here.

Overall it's a good gym for the price. But it could definitely be better;
Air con would be amazing, it's far too hot
More plates in the 'booty builder' section)2.5kg is the max over there and come on, that's not enough ? so you have to lug them from one side of the gym to the other (which could be why people don't always put them away!!)
But yeah, definitely too hot.

Love it here. Recently joined. Gets really busy in the evenings though. # UPDATE# I am sitting writing this and getting sweaty. This place is hot, damp and mouldy. For anyone with asthma DON'T COME HERE! They are trying to cut costs with ambient temperature of 22! IN A GYM! Crazy. Find it hard to breathe in here of late

The only thing that lets this gym down is the personal trainers. I've had two and the first one was late for nearly every session we had and very rarely stayed for the whole hour I paid for, the second one was worse, cancelling appointments 5 minutes after they was supposed to start and being late and not letting me know with poor excuses like it was raining and she wanted to wait for it to stop! I loved this gym for ages but I feel so disappointed in the PTs I'm seriously considering changing gyms as I need a decent PT to help me progres in my fitness goals.

Plenty of gym equipment but often there?s issues with it and it doesn?t get picked up on by the staff. Several of the lockers don?t work properly despite being reported to management. The air con also doesn?t appear to be working.I signed up to this gym because of the location but now there?s a new gym, JD, opening up soon I may be tempted to go there. Pure gym seriously need to get their finger out if they don?t want to lose customers.

The gym is not well maintained, equipment often broken, lockers out of use etc. No one takes responsibility for anything. Air con not working today. Will need to up their game if they want to keep me as a member with JD opening.

Love the staff, the gym is clean and the people are friendly and helpful. All equipment is there and I enjoy the classes especially .

Circuit training machines very crowded. Plenty of aerobic machines. Free weights not crowded.
