I had a very disappointing experience with Pro Tax and I wouldn't recommend.I had to chase them to complete the tax return , after multiple visits at the office I finally got it ( just a couple days before the deadline) . I ended up paying another accountant to do the work . For me it was a massive waste of time and money .Maybe other people had a better experience but that's not something I can say for myself.Hope they learn from the past mistake so they can keep their staff and client base .

The team is always there to support us, whenever we needed quickly, We had a short deadline for our first set of company accounts, Pro Tax took care of it even though the short notice. Only down side is, we need more time from Faruk, otherwise it is 5 stars!

Unprofessional service, despite several calls and email the issue was not resolved, each time I call, they have stated we will call you back but never received any call in return or any feedback at all, I have sent email as of today no reply. misleads myself and the restaurant/takeaway owner too, I have never seen such unprofessional approach in my life, they have blindly issued wrong payslips for a period even the company was not existed, I have tried to contact them at early stage to fix that issue, the person who made the mistake disconnected the phone, then on several occasions we have tried to reach the management/Manager unfortunately not succeeded, and they have sent out all the wrong information to HMRC as well, I have received couple of letters from HMRC, on top of that I have to pay extra tax for that money because of their faults. I clearly explained to them that please send the accurate information to HMRC but unfortunately they have failed to do so. Someone by the name Michal Zinkiewicz was so rude and totally unprofessional and no respect for rules and customers.I would never recommend it.

I?ve known Faruk and Taylor for 3 years now and I have to say I?m very pleased how they treat me and how they deal with my tax returns. I?m very glad I found them.

Best accountancy office in our area. Very efficient, reliable and honest. We have two businesses and we use Protax for both of them. Never had an issue for the last 8 years and i dont think we will ever have one. They are always listening, giving enough time to understand. 100 % recommended
