Went for an eye test today and had a wonderful experience. The members of staff were very kind and brilliant. They explained all things in detail. Very excellent service.

After a very questionable first eye test for a 5 year old with visual concerns at a local chain branded optician, I was recommended primesight as its small family focused and thorough.Mr Kong spoke directly to my son and ask him everything and what he could see, then filled in the gaps with me. Everything was said and done in a very child friendly manner and he had a nice laugh and joke with my son throughout, Which he appreciated and relaxed him as he was a bit apprehensive.After, Mr Kong spent time explaining everything to me and my son, and then some things for us to watch for, for the future.Then Grace and Vicki were just super with the next steps and Grace so patient with a 5 year old chosing his first pair of glasses.Primesight have now got a new regular customer. Thanks!

Having been measured for contact lenses and paid for the consultation, I came home early from work today, for the appointment to check the lens fit, but was rung by Primesight to cancel saying they are not sure they can be bothered dispensing contact lenses any more. HE COULDN'T EVEN SEE THROUGH THE COMMITMENT MADE BY HAVING TAKEN MY MONEY!
