We always enjoy dining at Prezzo Ipswich! The quality of food and service is consistently excellent. Curtis, in particular, is always attentive and makes sure we?re well looked after. We can always count on a great experience here and will definitely keep coming back

We have used the Ipswich Prezzo before and have always found it excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the menu extensive and varied and reasonably priced. We will certainly use it again.

Worst experience ever at Ipswich prezzo 5th January (birthday meal) if I could give a - I would. 3 waitresses all 3 behind the till talking with 1 management eating behind the bar. Pasta came out overcooked, wasn?t able to eat it & no one came to even ask it the meal was ok. Waited over 20 mins to pay due to them being busy talking wile other tables had empty plates waiting for mains. When paying the waitress saw a plate full of food and didn?t even ask what was wrong, prezzo is really going down hill use to be a lovely place to eat. Very disappointing & won?t be returning.

Went for bottomless brunch which I had prebooked online and had confirmation. When arrived manager was rude and not happy that we had booked a brunch and said they didn't do that on a Saturday and good job he was in a good mood otherwise he would say no we couldn't have it! Even though the system had booked us in. Not made to feel welcome at all even though it was not our fault the system had booked it! Ordered cocktail and food, got the drink first then food arrived, we were 2/3rds through the drink and asked to order another cocktail and were told by a waitress, who was a bit rude as well, that we couldn't order another drink until we had finished the ones we had.... never had this at any other restaurant when having a bottomless brunch. Food was good, the waiter we then had was great. I wouldn't go back for a brunch there though because of the welcome we got from the manager and then the waitress.

This restaurant is located in the buttermarket. Due to the furniture being made from hard surfaces it can seem abit loud when busy as the noise bounces around. Other than that it is a lovely venue and is always clean.
Went out for a meal, we had the bruschetta and garlic bread with mozzarella for starter and a margarita pizza for main.
Always enjoyable and well worth trying.
Very enjoyable for a Monday night.

Quick pre theatre meal. Didn't anticipate all the local restaurants been so busy after a football match so ended up at Prezzo.
Sat in the outside area.

We visited as a family and the food was fantastic. Service could have been a bit quicker but it was getting busy when we were in there.

Staff are very good.
Standard chain menu, we had deep fried mozzarella, burrata, and tomato salad. Then, caramelised onion garlic bread, one as a single portion (GF), one to share for the other members of the group.

Brilliant food. Fair price, and friendly staff. But definitely felt very rushed.

Enjoyable experience. Food was fresh and tasty. Staff a little flat for some reason, but not bad. Reasonable prices, food portions average.
