The lady got us a table then had to order and pay via the app. Wasn't even given a glass for our drinks. Salad bar almost completely empty and was empty our entire visit so couldn't have most of the salad. The lady never came back to see us the entire time. Can't use cash and had to use card. Very cheeky for the app to ask for a tip when I received no service apart from seeing to our table and had no option but to pay by card and order online. Can't say bad service. Simply no service whatsoever.

Pizza tastes great and served piping hot. We tried buffet for first time and overall good experience. They were regularly bringing variety of pizzas and salad bar was refreshingly filled up. It was busy place with family and children which is great.

Buffet had no flavour whatsoever, all the pizzas were thick base, none thin and crispy. Took ages to replenish the pizza so there wasn't much to choose from. The staff aren't friendly at all, they all can't be enjoying their work. I was told to pay from a qr code which I hadn't done before, I put through the order thinking that the ice cream was included in the kids buffet price. A member of staff came over and spoke to me very rudely asking me if I was going to pay separately for the ice cream at the end, I apologised as I thought it was included and I was told to come to till to pay for it, I was then charged an additional £12, on top of what I had originally paid. Only, after I came home I looked on their website to see that you can pay an additional £2 per child to have the all in option. Nothing was explained to me and I was made out to be the bad one. Very rude. I won't be returning sadly.

Really nice restaurant, nice size not to big and not too small, great service and decent food. It's pretty expensive being near £30 for a large pizza, there was 8 of us 4 adults & 4 kids & it cost almost £200 but if you've got a blue light card you can get 25% off the bill which helps!!

The food was good and arrived quickly. Ordering it via the app rather than just talking to the staff was odd and less than intuitive.
The main reason for this review, however, was the appalling stench of raw sewage in the male and female lavatories. It was so bad that it made me feel nauseous, which somewhat took the shine off the pizza eating event.
Also, my son found that the lavatory paper had run out in the cubicle - presumably because staff didn't want their senses assaulted by the noxious niff when going in there to replenish.

Placed an order via uber.. never had a problem with it before. My order went through to this pizza hut and nearly 2hours waiting and they are still wrapping up. Many phone calls unanswered. 1 person answered and hung up. 2 hungry kids waiting patiently for dinner. Uber drivers being ignored. Would no recommend. Absolutely shocking service.

Great as expected, great staff and food, can be a little pricy, but staff are great, this is a popular place and it is worth booking in advance on weekends / public holidays etc.

This place needs a deep clean and maybe a new dishwasher! The cutlery, bowls and glasses were absolutely filthy.
One of the waitresses seemed like she was doing all the work and being attentive towards customers whereas another seemed unhappy to be there.

Waiting by the till over 15 min, no one come to greet or seat us down. Two of the staff members came out literally ignored us. I do understand they may be under staffed but not even saying a word is absolutely outrageous. Worst place ever.

Online order for collection, left unattended for 15mins to be told it's now being cooked, total wait time 45mins no pizza and no in-store refund. Store manager SAM needs sacking before she causes any more damage to an already tired restaurant REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN

Constantly give dairy cheese instead of dairy free. Very dangerous for allergy sufferers.

Waited for 10 minutes at the wait to be seated, was looked at directly about 6 times and still didn?t get seated. I just left as i?m guessing this is a reflection of the service in general

Avoid.
Where to start? Restaurant looked busy upon arrival, but turns out it wasn?t busy, it was just slow. Waited an age to be asked for our order, we had a voucher but couldn?t use it on the app, went to the bar to ask to use it and lady didn?t know, so asked us to go back to our table and wait for them to come to us. They didn?t. We had to go back and ask again. We placed the order and got our food an hour later. Two hungry children. By this point the restaurant was in chaos, Uber Eats drivers waiting, takeaway waiting over an hour and others in the restaurant with no food an hour later?Then, everyone being told their orders are pending all of a sudden, and they cannot confirm when the food will be out, so people can either cancel or wait! Only two ladies in the joint all of a sudden are nowhere to be seen and one guy is dealing with all the flack from customers! Turns out, the Manager was cooking and this line ranger out in the restaurant was from a London branch. The girls who left had finished their shift leaving so many customers waiting for food!!! Apparently they were from a London branch too - this place must be going to ruin if a branch has no permanent staff! All in all, we waited two hours and when we asked when our desserts will be out, the guy said at least ten minutes, I said at least, that doesn?t sound sue coming from him, he literally then said you can go if you want to instead. We had to pay for our food even though we had to wait so long, endure such bad service and then basically be told we don?t know when the dessert we?ve already paid for will be served to us. Astounding! I hope Pizza Hut see this and reach out but maybe their team that look at reviews are covering another struggling branch!
