The lady who served me and my friend today was absolutely lovely! It does look like the staff could use a few more people behind the scenes however. I will also sorely miss the atmosphere pickwicks used to have.

Excellent little tea and coffee house. Lovely courtyard round the back, overlooked by the glorious tower of a former church. The cream tea here was first rate and they brought the dog a bowl of water too.

Nice staff and food but we had four cooked breakfasts and had to wait half an hour for it ??

Had a beautiful coffee and cake this morning, served by an attentive and happy lady. We would certainly come again to try a breakfast.
The service is outstanding.

Very disappointing after reading reviews decided to try it. Rubbish piled up in a corner of outside seating area. Never again !

Not starred the food as I haven't eaten there. But the loose tea amazing.

A great cafe with loads of history and character. There's a superb range of excellent loose leaf tea to buy as well as sitting in.

The best tea/coffee place around, very quaint old style tea room with such a wide choice of tea, coffee and home cooked food and cakes.

Always love a good cream tea at this place, with a wide collection of tea to choose from to go well with your style of cream tea. They go the extra mile and warm your fruit/cheese scone for you. Well recommended for a light lunch or a sweet treat cream tea. There's seating near the church for an extra unique atmosphere that is out of this world, escape the normal Ipswich scene.
