Great helpful staff even on a day when they were struggling with card machine that didn't work. The staff still helped find and adjust a harness for my dachshund who couldn't come in the store, cause he's an escape artist who broke his .

Used this store a few times over the years for aquarium related purchases. Never had any problems and stock of items fairly decent. Did have to queue for 5 mins as not many on the tills. Also in general the retail park and parking is poor now in Martlesham, enough that I stopped visiting as a local and will only visit outside of peak times.

It was a standard Pets at Home, wasn't a superstore type (if they still exist). I saw a perfectly adequate range for dogs, cats, small mammels and home & wild birds. Possibly other bits I didn't focus on. We were just getting dogfood - which was frustrating because they've discontinued their own label white fish and potato we've been feeding our Springador.
