Driver didn't turn up. My security camers will prove this. But yet, apparently, an attempted delivery was made. Parcelforce, hurry up and go bust because you clearly don't care.One star is too many.

They are unable to deliver item as couldn?t find my property but no way of contacting them to let them know. Automated phone service that sends you on a loop then hangs up on you. They have my number on file but didn?t even bother calling to ask for direction.

Terrible customer service. My partner called to simply find out as to why his parcel is yet to be delivered and the handler we spoke to, Michael, had such a poor attitude. We simply wanted a reason as to why no delivery was even attempted and the handler hung up on us with absolutely no warning. We were not rude, threatening, nor did we use foul language. We simply just pressed for a reason and gave constructive feedback on Parcel Forces services, not directed at Michael himself - unjustified call termination in my opinion. Quite frankly it just came off as if he could not be bothered to deal with us. We called back and eventually got through again and spoke with Becca. She was able to answer our query almost immediately and was really sympathetic with us, which we appreciated.

Asked sender to specify to leave package at side of house fist delivery left a note saying will deliver again tomorrow could not get the web site to recognise my order so left a note saying can you leave it at the side of the house or even local post office (they have done this before) next day a note saying it?s been sent to Ipswich for collection! Brilliant a 1 and 1/2hr round trip for something I wanted today!!

The worst delivery companies I have ever used!!! They lie about delivering parcels then send them to the post office or original sender, whats the point!!! DPD for the win.

Never experienced such an issue as with this courier out of all of the courier companies out there. Still haven't got my next day item nearly a week later. Attempted delivery today after live tracking was wrong and i waited around nearly all day after it should have arrived monday, now they've even messed up the redelivery they also charged extra for. Go with any other company I promise itl save you a headache

Absolutely terrible! Completely impossible! One is NEVER put through on the telephone: I have waited up to an hour on one occasion, and was still not put through! It is a nightmare when anything goes wrong with Parcelforce, as they are TOTALLY unhelpful. Beware!

Paid for Saturday am delivery and I was at home and got the eta time but went and looked on the app and says no one was at home I was in all day! So then I was going to pick up the parcel from depot Tuesday. And then looked on the app again and it got delivered today! And they take 30mins to even answer the phone! Shocking company?..

Can you please tell the person responsible for sending letters out requesting payment for a customs charge, a post code= more than the first address on the drop down list or any random business they chose, they need to chose the one the parcel is addressed to. On more than one occasion, the letter goes to the wrong address, we don't pay the charge because we don't know it has arrived, parcel is either delayed or returned to sender, often Japan, and we have to pay the postage again in the hope that you'll get it right next time.

Very helpful staff , sent two huge boxes weighing over 10kg for just over £16 for 48 hour delivery, you also get a tracking number, plus large car park , Tip- if you have a large parcel park at the very end of the car park as the entrance is at the furthest point ??
