Visited the store yesterday and was impressed by the wide range of men?s items. Tried on and bought a few pieces, also placed an order which was delivered today. Great variety, good prices, and excellent service ? couldn?t fault it.

Love this location. Easy to get to from the A14. Free parking. Its a large Next with a great selection. Have a womens Petite section...great for us short ladies! Womens shoe section is good, lots of choice.

So much stock is now just online. Next online and Next the shop are not one seamless business so when I had an issue with my online order I had to do all the leg work to get a refund, re-order and collect again. Pretty poor. Staff were apologetic

This is a large store that sells more than clothing. There is also a decent sized Costa coffee upstairs with plenty of seating.
Carparking was free, but you can not stay longer than 4 hours.

Went to collect an order. Queued for 5 mins to be stared at by server when I showed her my collection number, as if i was stupid.
She did not speak to me and then pointed in direction I to go. RUDE! Will not be returning. Then had to wait with 19 other customers to collect order. Convenient it is not.

Took in an item to return and the lady was very sharp and not that friendly. Felt like id been summoned to the head teachers office for returning some mens trousers. ?

Lovely clean store, friendly staff and a great range of clothing and home goods. Always lovely to visit and has the added benefit of a Waterstones and a Costa upstairs
