Visited the shop in town a month or so back. It was an early morning, Sunday, the shop was very well organised. I browsed a bit around, it looks like it has a variety of clothes and styles availability, which I liked. I did not like so much (that s why 4 stars) that the maternity and curves sections are completely missing. Very poor management choice. Lara (I believe that's her name) was working on the morning, I walked in with a list of items I looked up online,and she was happy to look at the list, to see if they did have anything in store (which they didn't,). I felt very at ease with her, she was approachable and professional. Thank you.

Very poor customer service: patronising & unhelpfu!
I bought sandals at a cost of £37.99, when worn for the first time the straps would not stay on my heels; therefore not fit for purpose.
I returned to store for a refund not anticipating any problems, how wrong was I! Despite having my receipt (only purchased the previous week) they would not refund because I had worn them...um yes the problem wasn't apparent until I had worn them. They even went as far as to blame the problem on my feet!
So in short, whilst you may be quite happy at the time with your purchases from this business; you may not be so happy if you have any problems going forward

The clothing is wearable which is a pro, but I'm mostly angered by the fact that there is no man's or universal trying area, only women's, and I know that their main target audience is female but still. Hell, even next or primark does it. Otherwise, the service was nominal and there were no problems there.

Nice and roomy until you get to the sale isles which are very tightly packed. Very polite, friendly & helpful staff
