One branch in ipswich is a complete joke , always having to wait , parking just to visit the bank is a nightmare, do Not understand why they closed the one on ransomes when it was always busy and far more easy to access

There is a member of staff at this branch I believe his name is Dave (I?m so sorry if I?ve got that wrong! He has tattoos and a beard and very cool bracelets), he was AMAZING!! I was owed some money by natwest and had been having great trouble getting it sorted and going back and forth on the natwest phone number. I went in yesterday just to book an appointment in the hopes to figure out next steps but instead the problem was solved by lunchtime today. Dave was friendly and went above and beyond to sort my problem for me and even took my number so he could call me to tell me what he was doing to sort it out. He said he would make sure the money would be back in my account by 4pm, and it was! He is a credit to all of Natwest and I would highly recommend him if you ever need some help here. Thankyou!

David your Branch Manager is an absolute credit to your organization. He was extremely helpful in tracking down the deeds to my Grandfathers house when your call centre, bereavement team and estates team had been absolutely useless. Quality service. Jessica (sorry can't remember exact name) was very nice and helpful. Gentleman before me was taking a lots of cash and she did ask him some professional questions to make sure no one takes advantage of him and his money. Really nice employee. Stay safe !
