Dropped my car in for 4 new tyres this morning at just gone 8am, the lads jumped onto and were done before 10 to 9, really friendly and efficient service. Booked and paid for the tyres online and got a great price. Top service. Thank you gents. Highly recommended.

Booked an appointment for a full wheel alignment, arrived there and they behaved like no one recorded! Also been told another price nit the price agreed at the phone ! When they finished and asked to pay i asked them to provide me a printed report , but i was told they don't record this and no reports available since last year! So basically not able to tell me what he fixed on that car ! Also he was telling me my rear tyres where ok alligned (wich was not true as finised my tyres previously) so i deducted they haven't made any allignment in rear , at the end the guy said is something they don t do (but he tried to charge me) ! Been told couple of times i can go without payment wich means they haven't fixed properly that car ! So walked away! Aviid This cowboys especially for rear wheel allignement!

Bought four Pirelli Scorpion tyres for my Land Rover Discovery. Paid the extra for damage repair/ replacement. After picking up a glint on the rear NS they replaced it at a ?reduced? rate. Couldn?t refit the spare under the car as they were using an air gun to tighten the tyre winch and so broke the cogs inside it. On Friday 20th October 2023 we got stuck in the floods that occurred and the same tyre picked up another glint. We got to the ipswich brach but they didn?t want to help-as it was close to 6pm. So we came back at 08:30 the next day to be told by the same person that they were too busy all day. Phoned around and got Beccles tyre centre to replace for less than National offered under their ?warranty? deal. We have spent hundreds of pounds with them. Got left without any help when we needed it, third tyre warranty is a rip off and monkey handed mechanics cost me a fortune to get my spare wheel winch replaced. Thanks for nothing guys. I?m disabled and unable to walk at all, we had small kids in the car and my wife. Shameful
