Food was a bit dry than usual. Some of the friends who ordered vegetarian options were not pleased at all with the food.

It was a really nice Nandos. The atmosphere was amazing. The staff was great with our two young children.
The food was delicious and fast.
We had an overall great experience and will definitely come back
Kid-friendliness: Our kids got a colouring page and pens. The kids menu was also great and simple. The staff was kind and patient with them too

Tia gave us excellent customer service as always. Especially today as there was a very difficult customer and he handled this situation so well. He still attended to us and other customers. Our favourite Nando?s !

Food was fine - but a certain staff member was incredibly rude. No greeting at the door, just ?food is a 30 minute wait?, no hello or anything! Felt as if he just wanted to turn us away. Was also served by same staff member at the till - again, rude, blunt, no hello. I understand it can be stressful when a restaurant is busy but I don?t believe staff should be rude because of this. It?s a shame, because my food was lovely and everyone else seemed pleasant and polite.

Went to Nandos Cardinal park ipswich last night with a friend
Ordered our food from table, so much quicker than queuing.
Food arrived within 15 mins. Was tasty, presented well and hot.

OK, standard Nandos .Forgot dessert order and ice machine not working so water was warm.

Talk about being forgotten had to ask for the food 3 times, always missing something, young staff more worried about chatting to their mates than doing their jobs.
