I have used this pharmacy for a number of years but lately found that confidentiality is a bit of an issue so am changing to another pharmacy where hopefully my private business will stay just that way. Also found that the length of time to get my medication has been longer than with other pharmacies even for stock items. Sorry Srie but my privacy and that of my friends comes first.

I absolutely agree with others regarding the female staff member called Amanda who brightens everyone?s day with her positive attitude and her empathetic approach towards customers.She is an asset to any retailer and should be rewarded for her welcoming and non-judgmental vibe.She gives customers that human touch that customers appreciate helping them feel relaxed.5 stars for Amanda, 3 for the pharmacy!!

I was served by an absolutely wonderful lady. Her name is Amanda. I was only getting over the counter stuff, not a prescription. Amanda was friendly helpful and is an angel quite prepared to go not just go the extra mile, she's prepared to go an extra 5 miles. I sure Amanda deserves a payrise. They really are lucky to have her. She is a gem.

The lady who served me was wonderful, without her mask I would imagine she has the biggest smile ever. The pharmacist on the other hand is rude, aggressive and speaks to you like you're a five-year-old! Unfortunately 111 sent my son's prescription here instead of our preferred chemist, I absolutely dread going in here, especially if I have to deal with the pharmacist. Utterly appalling.

A Pharmacy with an attitude, and a bad one at that.! Basically snowflake run where the staff have an attitude where they come first and are more important. They are not prepared to go the extra mile for anyone, in fact they haven't successfully managed the first mile yet.!!! I've been with them several months now, 6 visits to sort out some essential meds. I ended up in a game of ping pong with them between the pharmacy and the GP, each side telling me to ask the other. I told the Surgery i wasn't impressed and neither were they. One essential med i had just 1 days supply and they said they couldn't get this and didn't know when they would get it back in stock. This was the final straw, i contacted another pharmacy who not only had it in stock, but said there was no issues with the supply. Less than 3 hours later with the help of the GP, i had changed pharmacy, got my essential meds, better service and an assurance of constant future supplies. In short, this negative attitude establishment needs to wake up, realise the customer is a little more important than they treat them, and that the world doesn't revolve around them.!!! Best avoided if you are looking for a friendly helpful pharmacy,because this place isn't one of them.!!!!!! (If area management want to contact me for more information, i would be happy to help)
