I personally have used Moss Bros Ipswich for a long time now, more so in the past for day to day work suits when in a different job role.
I recently returned to get a suit for a funeral this time. As always though I received the same positive experience as my previous visits. Calvin and his team are polite, friendly and above all super helpful. I?ve always been impressed by their patience and helpful assistance when it comes to trying on various sizes etc to get what your comfortable with. In addition to this when needing to change a shirt recently, Calvin also made this a very straightforward hassle-free process as well.
Calvin in particular is an asset to both the tailoring/retail industry and if his team continue with the same attitude/approach in the future they will do very well! ?

Booked an appointment to potentially hire a suit for prom. Staff were polite and knew what they were talking about. Got my suit here and would definitely recommend if you are looking for high quality.

Rude. I walked into the store and was met by an older gentleman who was on his mobile. He said ?hang on a minute? to whoever he was speaking to, but never ended the call, just paused it briefly to answer my initial question before going straight back to chatting about football on the phone. He couldn?t have cared less. If you?re engaging with a customer you should give them your full attention! For all he knew, I could?ve been there to buy a couple of suits. I was seriously considering Moss Bros for my wedding party, but this made it clear customer service isn?t a priority. I?ll be going to Coes instead.

Where do I start! Calvin really went above and beyond to assist me with the process of fitting and style he even come in on his day off as his shift had changed. Calvin is a credit to moss bros.

Really untrained staff, have had to come twice and still got our order information wrong, been charged and advised wrongly. So now have wasted money and time - visited other locations who had to pick up their loose ends and even shamed their own staff because how much they messed up.

Went into Moss Bros couple weeks ago was served by young lad was very helpful and had a really great wedding. He made me and my partner very welcomed and would recommend being served by him in the future. However there was a female staff member that was in the shop that was very rude too him and I didn?t appreciate her going behind his back saying he was wrong serving us while he was right along about measurements.

Do not give them your email address. They sell it to companies that will bombard you with emails everyday. It's not even 9 am and I've had 10 scam emails. This never happened until giving moss bros my email when making an appointment
