Nice place. I had heard good things about it, so I was looking forward to going.
Staff friendly, we was seated straight away, nearly 10 min passed before anyone came to see us.
Asked if we wanted drinks, we did so we ordered drinks and the food we wanted at the same time. Also asked for a bottle of tap water.
Starters arrived after about 15 minutes, whilst eating mine a little went done the wrong way and I was coughing, I wanted and needed a drink but nothing had arrived.
My partner went to the bar to get me some water and was informed they would bring it over, not much help to me.
Finally the water did arrive and before we could ask for our drinks they had walked off.
When our plates were cleared, I asked about the drinks, I'll bring them over was the reply. Over 20 minutes for a glass of wine and beer, which I had seen sitting on the bar for over 10 minutes.
The main arrived 50 minutes after ordering and we ordered some more drinks, we should have know better.
We were halfway through the main and had to ask again for our drinks to be brought over.
The main was wonderful, the staff all very polite. So it would have been a nice experience if not for the time we had to wait for everything.
Only at the end was we asked if everything was alright. We just wanted to leave.
If you haven't got enough staff, don't let the tables be booked.

We had Diane as our server and she was so lovely and made us feel right at home! Food was very quick and all amazing. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed dining here for the 1st time as we were staying nearby for a truck show (Swedefest) and I honestly can't fault anything, food and staff were fantastic! It's just a massive shame that coming from Norfolk, this is the closest Miller & Carter to us ? but again 5* and if out towards Ipswich again, we will definitely be returning! Thanks guys ?

The lady that served us was brilliant, so friendly, let us know what was unavailable on the menu and apologised. The food was delicious. Fillet steak so tender. Sticky chicken on starters is a must. Cocktails were so tasty but there really needs to be a better deal for cocktails! Overall we were both really happy with our visit, however there were about 5+ things that were unavailable on the menu which were all popular so that was a bit disappointing.
