Just don't order anything to be delivered they is only two of us so not a big order and once again missed my meal off this happened last weekend thought it was a blip obviously not ....tried to find email address to complain but obviously can't find one??? So that speaks a thousand words...will not be using again in anyway

This is the third time no food has shown up when ordering via Just Eat. McDonald's need to take responsibility for this service instead of just saying...ask for a refund via the Just Eat app. Its shocking how McDonald's in Felixstowe are happy to have their customers disappointed and angry at such a poor service. The worst thing is nothing is being done about it because they McDonalds are greedy and customer service issues are just a consequence and are ignored. McDonald's you are responsible and should be holding Just Eat to account. Stop passing the buck.

We arrived as a party of five and wondered if we would get in as we hadn't booked a table, we stood at the door waiting to be seated but it transpired that this establishment doesn't have a Maître De and other diners pushed past us to claim a space at one of the Formica tables. Having taken a seat we couldn't see any waiters and so as the head of the family I made my way to the counter but was redirected by a spotty, unkempt youth to a screen to order my food!! Luckily I had my children's nanny who has a GSCE in IT and she was volunteered to order our food. Imagine my horror upon discovering there is no wine list, tasting menu or Al a Carte on offer, just a selection of nasty cheap burgers and something called fries, all served in cardboard containers and on a plastic tray! There was no tablecloths, fabric napkins or even cutlery!! I decided to complain to the manager but was told by one of the staff that he was busy having a fag out the back, incandescent with rage I told him I would be writing to the Times to show my displeasure and promptly gathered up my family to leave. Pushing our way past the large clientele, who all appeared to be wearing ill fitting sports wear, we made our way back to the Range Rover and drove towards the exit. However the horror wasn't over as we then found ourselves in the wrong lane and sat in a queue for something called a "drive through", eventually we made it out passing a number of parked vehicles, in which people appeared to be eating! I will not be returning to this establishment and will be having a quiet word with the local mayor at our next round of golf or lodge meeting

Bought 20 nuggets and fries today. Food was good BUT the BBQ sauce was awful! Has changed from the regular sauce that I love, imo the best BBQ sauce there is, to a new round 'smoky' BBQ dip. Yes, it's bigger, but the flavour is now non-existent due to the fact it is so hot, it has no taste. Big mistake McDonalds! As long as you keep this dip I, for one, will no longer bother to visit.

You get what you pay for. I enjoy a Big Mac once in a while idea for a quick meal when you haven't got time, or just can't be bothered to cook.

This is the third time in a row where food was cold, buns were burnt, and items missing from order. When we complained, they just shrugged .

Never had a problem, lovely food and staff, whether you eat in or eat out or drive through, great service.

I ordered quite a lot of food for a gathering - only half of it arrived, and the half that did arrive arrived with the wrong drinks, burger fillings and sauces. I was missing over £20 worth of food which never arrived. My delivery driver told me he spoke to McDonalds as he noticed their printed label was different to what I ordered, they refused to remake it - McDonalds also said I was lying about this. When I phoned up to complain and query, they answered after 21 phone calls, and I was greeted with the rudest customer service experience I think I have ever faced. I work in customer service and front of house, so I know how to treat customers with respect, even if it's frustrating. However, when I explained my issue, the McDonalds worker shouted at me, told me I was lying and that McDonalds never forget any food, they always make sure everything is inside (which is a lie as I have had this issue before). When I explained this, the worker became even ruder, told me I was lying, she didn't care, it wasn't her problem so don't contact her and find someone else (who?). She then hung up on me after saying if I want the food I missed I have to pay again. I am absolutely appalled, I have never been treated with no little respect by a front of house worker who messed up my food. As someone working in front of house, McDonalds could have approached their mistake in a different and better way. Won't be buying from here ever again.

Ordered from McDonald's today for delivery. Although it was delivered, the food came really fast from when I ordered it and the chips were dreadful. They had a rubbery texture, and they were cold as if they just been lying in the fridge for a while before they arrived. Not only that but my vegetable deluxe burger was even worse! So many times I have ordered this burger and every single time it has been a sloppy, sad excuse for a burger. They are VERY careless with this burger it's as if they do not care at all about the vegetarian population of their customers. The lettuce inside looks as though it never actually made it inside the burger as every time I opened the packaging it's mostly just spread around the cardboard. The veggie dippers inside are also leaning out of the burger as if they are trying to escape- I don't blame them. I practically have to assemble the burger myself every single time. Now you may be wondering why I keep on ordering the burger when it's so disgraceful, but the taste was amazing which is why I chose 3 stars. PS the nacho cheese bites had way too much cheese it was like eating a cheese sandwich without the bread. Goodnight.

Thieves. Taken my money and received nothing. Called to complain and got hung up on 5 times, then stopped answering my calls. Used the chat system and was just a bot, no way of a person to person conversation to resolve. Absolutely disgusting ?

Ordered a breakfast via the McDonalds app. Food never arrived. Called the store and they were very rude and hung up twice. They never answered after that. Awful customer service. They have taken the money and have had nothing in return. No complaint system in place. Terrible!

Two adults and child visited afternoon, fairley quiet but took an age to receive the order. The whole place looked dingy and dirty. The gents toilet filty water and urine over some of the floor. Smelt disgusting. There were four hand sanitizers inside, all were empty. Just as well we always bring our own. We will never visit that Mcdonalds again

I ordered something on Uber eats, and first time I ordered; all sauces were missing and I said money for my sauces and I couldn?t be bothered to get in touch so I left it. Then today they forgot my Diet Coke - I swear this McDonalds is the worst one - always having problems - whether it?s poor service or messing up orders! I did talk through a chat with ubereats and have been able to get a refund for the diet Coke but this shouldn?t keep happening.

Absolute shambles of a place. Keep returning in the vain hope that they improve however I have lost count of the times my order has been wrong. Twice in two weeks they have placed a McSpicy burger in a McChicken sandwich. Consistently poor service by staff that don?t seem to give a f@ck. The sooner Felixstowe gets more drive through options the better!
