Cold fries.
Dead syrup in drinks.
No answer when I called to try rectify.
I don't know why we do it to ourselves. Unless you order one meal or one item... The staff will always get it wrong.

Rude management won't accept McDonald's app codes. Refused to talk to me in person and forced the poor lass on the window to tell me. Points wasted on the app because of poor service

Wait for food to get ready very very long time

Went to drive through from pulling in to drive through to order 10 minutes then 15 minutes to get order only 2 cars in front of ours extremely slow service was more worried about online orders. but food was cooked nice

Ordered a Chilli Cheeseburger and was extremely disappointed .. no chilli. Checked online after had eaten and left, to find that it should have had jalapenos.

On this trip the food was fine, hot and the order was correct, however the car park is full of Uber eats and Just eat guys so there is no where to park, if you try and get in the same guys usually block the doors and the counters, also they get priority so visiting customer food takes much longer. This also puts a lot of pressure on the staff there and usually they make mistakes and miss items. I once waited over an hour for an order.
