Today we received our car.Jose assisted us through our the whole process and if I'm being honest, it was the easiest process we could ask for, we thought it would be long winded as originally there was a 17 week waiting time for the car. But with all jose's experience the car we wanted arrived within a week, although we were flexible with the colour. .Jose was brilliant he told us every thing we needed to know and more he was also great with communication and nothing was ever a problem and even done us a great thing and gave us the mats for free.But we would like to thank Jose for everything he's been a massive help.Thank you

Jose at vauxhall Marshall ipswich was such a great guy and very professional went through everything with me and my partner with choosing a car and from start to finish with going through everything even though the Mexican accent was sometimes hard to understand ? we spoke so much about everything I think I learnt how to understand the accent was a pleasure having jose updating us and making us feel very comfortable whilst at vauxhall ipswich with teas and trying Jose own chocolate he makes also give Jose a follow on Instagram franchys_chocolates_ukThanks again Jose it was a pleasure meeting youArron clarke.

Jose provided an excellent service. His dedication and attentiveness were evident from the moment we arrived as he took the time to understand our needs and preferences. We were very happy with the service we received from Jose Hidalgo Sanchez when we were able to collect our car this week.When we first visited Marshall's (end of last year) we were seen by Amy. Amy was very approachable, friendly and welcoming.Between placing our order and our car being ready; our point of contact was transferred from Amy to Jose. Jose remained in regular contact and send us a video clip the day before collection.Having met Jose, we found him to be a wonderful man, extremely knowledgeable about the process and the car.. also hosting a wealth of knowledge and passion about other aspects of life including holidays and travel. (We even picked up a couple of top tips)We would truly recommend Marshall's. Amy and Jose are certainly great to deal with.Jose in our opinion went above and beyond for us, thank you.

Today 8th March 2024 I got to pick up my new mobility vehicle from Marshall Ipswich.The Crossland and Wow what a beautiful car it met all my expectations and more.. Jose Hidaigo the Mobility sales executive was with me from the get go..His knowledge and advice was first class advising me and so helpful. I literally drove the guy crazy picking the colour. It makes such a difference when you know your in capable hands..Thank you Jose your just the best Sales Exc I've ever dealt with in my 20 years of Mobility vehicles. I would recommend you to any person looking to get a new mobility vehicle. You go above and beyond to help and what a nice man you are .And have the patience of a Saint I thank you for being so kind Marshalls are very lucky to have you onboard ..Your personality and customer service is outstanding . One of the worst experience iv ever had , making my wife cry is something I won?t forget in a hurry , not to mention all the bullsh@t! The car has now been back to the garage as the green washer isn?t working and the key battery?s need changing! Hasbeen since the day we bought it and we have to return again once they get the pump in, they also found a fault with the door lock that?s will be fixed on the same day! But they give a check sheet to say that all has been thoroughly checked ??????we?ve had the car 11 days and apparently it was all checked to say everything worked ?????
