I recently purchased a Kia car for the first time. Bradley was amazing throughout the sales process. He is very empathetic and understands the customers needs without being direct or forcing a sale.His manner with customers is excellent and he puts you at ease. The collection and follow have also been exceptional.The car itself is brilliant.I'll definitely be using Donald's and Bradley again!?

I can't recommend Donalds Kia Ipswich highly enough. We've just bought a Kia Sorento PHEV Edition and they have been fantastic from start to finish. Professional, great customer service, prompt and clear communications, courteous, and made everything run seamlessly. A special callout to Bradley Gould and Tom King who were a pleasure to deal with, and indeed we were impressed with everyone we met. Not our nearest dealership but we do plan to use for servicing. Following the emissions warning light coming on, Donald?s collected our xceed from home and completed the job overnight. This involved replacing the turbo activator, all covered by warranty and the car valeted before return. Could not be more helpful. Would highly recommend.

Needed spare parts fom my used Kia Carens including replacing the missing alloy wheel security bolt key. All done within 2 weeks and kept up to date with progress by the very helpful guys in the parts dept.,Highly rated by me.

Without pressure he took me through all the options offered by the various models, and power options. He made the whole experience of buying the car enjoyable. I did look at other makes and dealerships, but because of Davide?s professionalism I chose to buy the Kia from Donalds

I brought a used Renault Kadjar from them, all was great until just over a month after purchase the car wouldn't start. I called out the RAC and the battery was in such poor condition it had to be changed. Whilst the service man was with me I called up Donald's Kia and spoke to one of their own service guys who advised I could either get it fixed there with the RAC and then claim back money from Donald's, go through the 1 year Auto Protect plan or wait until the next week and take the car into them (which I couldn't do as the car wouldn't start!) I called Auto Protect and they don't cover batteries! So I payed RAC based on the advice of the service guy at Donald's that I could then claim this expense back - as he said in his own words "the battery shouldn't go within a month of purchase, it should of been checked prior to being sold."I emailed Jamie who I purchased the car from, and he forwarded the email on to the manager David Hardiman - 10 days later and I have still not been reimbursed or even had an email reply from them - not very professional and extremely poor customer service.I feel I was sold a car with a known fault to the battery and this is just not right.I am still awaiting your reply...one very disappointed customer...

Went in this morning to enquire about the Kia Sportage PHEV. Walked around outside to see what Sportage they had. Then went inside and looked at the gt line s. There were 3 salesmen walking around not one came over just got the look of ergo they won?t be able to afford one. and what was even worse 2 went out for a cigarette and the third disappeared. Won?t be buying a car from them as they don?t seem to care.
