Fabulous birthday party at Lush for my daughter and her friends. Arranging the party with Jon was excellent and seamless; he is an absolute joy to liaise with. Georgia did a great job hosting the bath bomb making and leading on all the fun games; the girls loved it all. Wonderful shop! I have been going to Lush for years since it opened and have taken all my children there to make bathbombs and try all the products. They have all grown up now and it's still one of my favourite places.
All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about the products and are good at introducing new products.

Thank you so much to Jon and Seb for hosting us for a wonderful evening in the Ipswich Lush Store. Me and the team from the bookstore were so honoured to be thought of and invited along, and it just shows how close the link is between the Ipswich Lush staff and the local community. Everyone in the branch is so friendly, knowledgeable, and always a good laugh when we are in their store shopping, or they are in ours. (Books and baths go so well together after all!) The party was fantastic. We were all given some brilliant, expert advice. Jon and Seb made us aware of the upcoming launches and the exciting new products on the way. They are so knowledgeable on every part of the industry, and genuinely commited to ensuring customers get the best thing for them. They were able to see to all of our individual needs, providing one-on-one recommendations for products when we had some shopping time. We also played some really fun games (themed to our passion for books) and each got to make a bath bomb with a hidden surprise inside, in link with the Poetry Pharmacy. The goodie bags and samples were so generous, and after a very long day at work it was truly a treat. Highly recommended as an evening out for work groups, pals, family, kids, and adults alike! Thank you so much to Jon, Seb, and the whole Lush Ipswich team.

Went into lush today to just have a browse and was greeted with outstanding customer service, John was so knowledgeable and helpful. I went in purely to look at bath bombs for my kids and came out with so much skin care, testers and brought. Told John all my concerns with skin and hair and he gave me the best advice! I get married ina month and John gave me testers to try and even suggested coming back in to have a facial and to try the products on my skin and see how I like the texture of all different textures and how they would feel on my skin. 10000% am gonna go back to get the rest of the skin care and hair products he suggested!
