Cashiers desks are roped off like a VIP section. There's been no staff on the cashiers desks, the past 3 times I've been in. "Use the paying in machine", they constantly say, but the machines break every other week. I've lost the odd £20 here & there over the past few years. When the new plastic notes stick together! Be warned. Triple check your cash. In the past they don't believe you when you say it's short. Now they've had complaints, they actually do count it. As they should be doing as part of their job! A couple of the staff are nice but I've had 2 female staff rudely giggling at me, like high school mean girls. After I asked them to back off, from pouncing up on me like surly door staff in the queue. I'm considering chaning banks.Updte: have filed a complaint with the banks headoffice. Waiting to hear but they have confirmed that "banking is changing soon", it's going digital. So how will that work for people who are paid in cash?!?!?!?! Agenda2030!!!

Went in to make an enquiry, watched as at least 3 people were approached and assisted ahead of me. Walked out, disgusted with the staff. Obviously because I didn't look middle class and rich, I wasn't worthy of assistance. Total lack of resoect. I felt insulted.

The only branch in Ipswich. It is beyond the joke! The queues, the time wasting staff asking to help when they can't, 1 or 2 people at the desk working slowly slowly. Just banking cash takes 45 min minimum. And don't even suggest them machines that sometimes work and if so very very slowly. It's getting worse and worse and worse all the time.

I look online opening times 9.30, i leave come to the bank only to see its 10.00 bunch of retards run the bank but can't change opening times.

Awful service, queued for 20 minutes while the cashier discussed her family, the weather and general chitchat. Had to leave as did two others in the short queue, came back 10 minutes later and still with same customer! A member of staff could have opened another desk but continued to ask the same customers the same questions. Second time this week this has happened, sort it out please Lloyds.

Only giving them 3 stars because they're open till 15:00 on a Saturday where everywhere else closes on a weekday. You do generally get what needs sorting out here but is a slow process with queues out the door (sometimes). Full of foreigners as well on a Saturday when I'v been in. Cashing in their tax free earnings for the week with no questions asked it seems. Lloyds over the years has been garbage in what a bank use to be and still should be. Good all round customer service with the staff to match. The new recruits aren't all that atm. Difficulty in listening and applying what is asked by the customer. Like they say......pay peanuts get monkeys. In there case cheap foreign labour.

Try to wait and be seen by the Polite, Helpful and Friendly Gentleman who always smiles if possible. As none of the many many unhelpful, unfriendly and unprofessional entitled "KAREN'S" that work at this branch will even acknowledge you as a customer of their employer... you work in a bank "KAREN" have some professionalism, empathy and try to understand your customers come for help however entitled you maybe..

Shocking customer service ? massive long queues every time I go in.Both paying in machines broken yesterday. Have to come to Ipswich branch as Felixstowe been shut, Woodbridge and Bramford Road shut lots of the time. Terrible bank time to change

EMILY AND CAROLINE, Emily call me rude without no reason I don't understand why and direct me to due rong procedure then Caroline come in and inserted off helping with the situation shy make it worse and after I asked to see a manager left never come bank and I had to ask 2 other members off staff to call the Manager witch he never come. And also I been told by Caroline ,,go in you community and find what you need to find "Worse experience ever in a Lloyds Bank branch
