Amazing customer service today on my sons motability car. Very helpful on the phone,got an appointment at 4.30pm,arrived earlier than expected but the car was sorted out straight Away, a new tyre was needed (puncture) and very thorough check of the other tyre that had slightly deflated. Lovely friendly staff,fast efficient service while we waited in an air conditioned waiting room. A perfect result after a trying day.Thankyou

These guys were so helpful when I had a major brake calliper issue on a 3 series. They sourced the parts whilst we continued in our family holiday and had it all fixed up for our return. I cannot rate this team at Nacton Road highly enough

Really impressed. Booked my car in for a new battery as I kept getting \\\"low battery\\\" warning. They could have just changed the battery and I'd have been none the wiser. They hooked it up to their multi-meter and said it didn't need replacing and gave some advice on why it could be throwing up the warnings.\\nCan't fault them.

The staff at the garage were wonderful and very helpful resolving my many car issues so it could pass it's MOT and they kept me informed with costs and time scales. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I needed a new tyre so i rang around a few garages, and kwik fit (Nacton road) answered faster and booked me in within 24 hours (on a Sunday) only waited 40 minutes when I arrived. Great service.

Really poor experience here! Got a flat just round the corner and managed to reach KwikFit. Staff were very rude and unhelpful. Told I would be given a choice of tyre but never asked me once.\\n\\nPicked up the car and they had put a more expensive tyre on without asking. Car inside was a mess with personal items strewn across the car where they had been in the glove box. Very poor and unprofessional.

I would like to thank you Kwik Fit team, they took upon the request for my tyre repair very quick and given me complete tyre health check and recommendations as well as done th tyre change as i waited - very quick, professional. i really will be happy to re visit and strongly recommend as well.

Quick and friendly service

They deserve extra points for not even raising an eyebrow when I came in made up as a clown after a blow out on the A12. I got the impression people must regularly go there in fancy dress as nobody seemed to notice. I came in with roadside rescue and they got the tyre fitted to the wheel in suer quick time and the price was very reasonable.
