Service is slow and for the second time in 2 months ive had to come out of the drive thru to go in to order as ive waited at the screen to order in the car and no one came ? Order inside and the staff are uninterested. Food is just ok.

Food is never that good and always something not available like gravy or corn. Wouldn't recommend.

Rude! And wait time is shocking. Dirty and no attempt to even provide napkins or accommodate customers. Try employing people over the age of 12!

Went Drive Through .. was told to park out front & they would bring it out no explanation as to why!! There were at least 6 cars waiting with engines running . A young person came out with a couple of bags no idea what car had ordered what. Bags were opened & screwed up again (it was dark & minus 1deg) A second person then came out 5 mins later, same thing again opening bags looking inside, food getting cold young lad didn?t know if he was coming or going.. dreadful way for management to treat young staff? needless to say my order wasn?t there I along with another fed up customer went into the shop & unbelievably there were 4 staff standing about doing absolutely nothing a 5th one ,a young girl was the only one helpful, no explanation again as to why orders weren?t getting made up.. I was eventually handed a creased screwed up bag after waiting 15mins outside ? dreadful service, staff that looked vacant & management should be ashamed..

Disappointing festive stack meal. Burger was dry to the taste, cheese not melted, stuffing lacked flavour. Had to send back 2 Pepsi max drinks which staff agreed smelt awful. Drinks replaced. Good seasoned chips, but could have been hotter.

Never again. This particular KFC at Martlesham is completely incapable of serving warm food. I didn't go there for over a year due to repeatedly being served dry cold chicken, but this was definitely the last time. Its no wonder the drive through and restaurant were empty while the McDonald's across the road was packed.

Weird how they make you wait in the car park when there are no cars behind you. Almost as though they?re tricking the motion sensors which monitor the drive thru speed?.

Visited here this evening at 6:30,so obviously during the rush!
Many unhappy faces were crowded around the counter as they awaited their tasty ?finger licking good? chicken for about 30 mins.
Customers countlessly storming back in as they had forgotten something from their order.
Staff were all young and useless except from one sweet blonde girl who seemed to be doing everything (didn?t catch her name!)
I honestly think she deserves a raise and a hug after what I just witnessed!
Also our food was hot and 10/10!
Hope she has a lovely Christmas ?

Food is hit and miss. Ordered a large drink, they gave me a small can so I asked and they said the machine was broken, asked to just be charged for a small drink instead then and they refused. They didn?t even apologise. Been here a few times where they just forget to give us half the meal.

Absolutely the worst KFC the slowest service ever sat in grille bay for over 20mins and then when I went in my order was sitting there getting cold. Luke warm food put together with no care. Will never use this KFC again

I went into KFC tonight and was served by Jamey and Dawsen, they were so helpful and very friendly. The food was hot despite missing some beans from our order, but both workers were helpful. The dining area was clean and I couldn't not fault the staff

Asked for breasts and thighs, got legs. Took them back, got legs again! Ordered Lipton tea, got coke. If the staff spent more time listening to customers instead of the awful loud booming noise pulsing out of the speakers maybe things would be better?

I had a horrible experience today! I chose the option to get my food delivered to my table , it was waiting on the side and I had said ? I did click table service? the staff replied with we are busy. And now we have been waiting for 30mins for my friends order I had asked a staff member they replied with I?m not sure.
THATS IT!
Absolutely horrible customer service very rude and not helpful at all!
