Ordered a bucket meal to be told ill have to wait 25 mins for it then to be offered a refund of which I didn't receive until 26 hours later

Service is slow and for the second time in 2 months ive had to come out of the drive thru to go in to order as ive waited at the screen to order in the car and no one came ? Order inside and the staff are uninterested. Food is just ok.

Food is never that good and always something not available like gravy or corn. Wouldn't recommend.
