I like their food but the floor is quite dirty sometimes. It is a busy shop so the waiting time is a bit long if you order from the cashier. I suggest ordering from the app and picking it up afterwards.

Missing items open bags or no delivery at all..2days in a row..that's kfc and just eat for you ! Go elsewhere ! You'll get the order you payed for

Absolute shambles this is now the 2nd time that I've had issues in regards to using kfc Felixstowe Road through just eat. Ordered Sunday 8th December turned up only to receive someone else's order and only an hour ago made another order thinking the first time was just by accident only to have a unopened bag with an item missing which was a twister wrap . Don't ever order from here again I don't ever recommend it you will end up with either someone else's order or the order you made but with a item missing absolute joke . Sort it out KFC or next time I will ask for a investigation to be made into this and my first issue I had

Absolutely awful the chicken was dry and as there was no customers it had ov been sat about. £18.99 for load of rubbish asked for unseasoned fries which they and then most of the fries fell out the stupid little paper bags..rank!!!!!

Staff just ignore you until they've stopped chatting to their colleagues, sometimes takes up to 25 minutes to order and another 15/20 to receive the food. Go to martlesham or cardinal park, avoid here at all costs.

Staff here are friendly and efficient. The food was really hot and fresh. Best KFC in Ipswich.

Just got food from here. Had to wait 30 minutes but that?s standard for KFC. The girl behind the till had us say the order twice and kept messing it up like she knew nothing about the basic menu. The drink was the wrong one and 2 things we asked for was missing from the receipt but by the time we noticed we had already waited long enough. One of the drinks we paid for we never got but at that point just wanted to leave. The best part was whilst waiting for the food in the car FOUR of the workers were said on the floor outside stroking and picking up a stray cat ( very sanitary ) if you want clean food don?t come to this one.

The worst KFC I've ever been to I waited 40 mins for food and the attitude from some of the staff was a joke , they prioritise delivery pickups over customers in house consistently
