Brilliant service. I needed a piece of carpet to match a damaged ground floor piece. The advice and care in selecting what turned out to be a 95% match was second to none.I have no hesitation in recommending Kesgrave Carpets to anyone who needs any carpeting to visit them.Plus the benefit of being a local business, so why go to one of the large chains when you have excellent choice and service on your doorstep.

Talked with the people about the carpet we was looking for. They gave some advice which was great. We have had the hole house completed as well as a garden room. The customer Service was great and prompt. Fitters cleaned up after themselves. Will use again.

I appreciate them helping me out at short notice.They originally cut the wrong side off for me, despite my drawing being correct, I had to get on the phone and then go back again, luckily there was more of the same remnant, so after a bit of overseeing and direction, I came away happy that everything was correct the second time, and it was.I thought it was a bit expensive, and if you add in my extra time and cost for doing another trip, it was.My intention isn't to slate a company or any staff, it's just to give an honest review of my own experience, yours may have been, or may be different.
