I am very pleased with the Honda Civic which I purchased recently. It is a pleasure to drive. However, I was told when I bought the vehicle that I would be given an appointment for the various controls to be explained to me. This did not happen and since the car did not come with a users manual I am still unsure of how to use the various features. I have searched 'you tube' etc .without much success. Also it is impossible to raise the height of the passenger seat so I have had to use a cushion. I understand this is a design fault. I don't wish to find fault and am generally very happy with my purchase.

I would strongly recommend.*NEW* Feb 24I have had my previous Honda vehicles serviced and MOT'd by John Banks, Felixstowe Road, Ipswich, for many years now. I have also found their service plans an excellent way of spreading the costs of servicing and MOT. It is always easy to book an appointment and the workmanship is excellent and their opinions always honest.I have recently returned for another vehicle and gone to Hybrid this time.As always there was an excellent choice of vehicles and price ranges on offer. Having had a chance to test drive the vehicle of our choice the trade in and buying were dealt with easily by the Director and his excellent team.On collection the car was presented immaculately.Both my wife and I were given excellent tuition on the new car to make sure we were comfortable with it before we left. We were also offered the chance to contact them with any queries at any time.Apart from fitting extra components that I asked for, JB also arranged for an outside company to fit components on my behalf, taking all the stress of arranging this out of my hands.As a reward for continued support I now have a loyalty card which gives me certain benefits.I will continue to deal with, and support this excellent dealership, and will highly recommend.Since my purchase John Banks staff have contacted me to make sure all is well, which it is.

Bought an amazing Mercedes GLE from John Banks Honda. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish, Kimberly Cant was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I cant praise Kimberly and Ed enough. When my I arrived for my first appointment for service I was not pleased to be eventually told that there was a mistake by John Banks. My rearranged booking had not been processed by them and so I would have to drive without an MOT for a day ! However when I returned for the actual rebooked service and MOT I was impressed by the attitude of the staff. John Banks admitted that the mix-up was their responsibility and apologised for my trouble and for wasting my time.My car was available for collection by the time stated and was in a clean condition, also it appeared that a full checklist of items had been completed.Thank you, John Banks, for your attention. I will see you in a year's time.

I purchased a used car from this dealership as well as trading my car. It was a breeze. It was rather busy on my initial first visit to value my car and take the Civic out for a test drive. I was welcomed by Kimberley and provided excellent service. So within one week the business was completed and I now own a well presented HONDA CIVIC SPORT PLUS. Overall a very good experience.UPDATE -:6 months in and a service and MOT was completed. 5 ***** as my car had a service plan and nothing to pay.

Initial booking was made but I later realised I had double booked that particular day. Contacting dealer again they quickly gave me a choice of new dates. On arrival on agreed date I was promptly checked in and I informed staff I would like to wait on the premises. All needed work was completed within 1 hour allowing me to completed my additional afternoon visits. Excellent service.
