I received a very good personal service, unlike the "conveyor belt" approach of some chain opticians. I was seen on time, the cost was very fair, and the specialist at Moorfields Eye Hospital (to which I was referred) said "you obviously have an excellent optometrist because of the high quality and detailed nature of the referral letter".
