From the first phone contact about the property we wanted to view, to the handover of the keys, Sarah was magnificent. She was extremely obliging, cooperative and professional, answering almost all of our queries and if she didn?t have an immediate response she would always ensure she made sure that she got us the information we wanted. Lovely friendly business, helpful and knowledgeable. Sarah was very helpful when we were finding it difficult to push the chain along, she went out of her way to contact all parties to ensure everyone was on the same page. All the staff at Jackson Stops are really professional and yet friendly and helpful. The whole process from initial discussion to presentation of contractual terms and completion is excellent. We have sold two properties with them in the last three years and both times James Squirrel has been supportive and calm through the ups and downs of the process. I would highly recommend this agency.
