Highly recommend. At the end of a 400 mile trip I was having difficulty getting into reverse gear. I was a little concerned about driving back home and the guys at Integrity fit me in at very short notice on Saturday morning. Of course on the way there the car went into reverse no problem. The guys checked it out and couldn?t find any fault. Gave me advice on what to do if it happened again. Topped up the windscreen wash and checked tyre pressure. All free of charge. Amazing service. If I lived in the area Integrity Automotive would definitely be my go-to garage. Good range of quality cars for sale too.

Went for an MOT, and was told that some suspension parts needed replacing and that it was advised to have a couple of tyres replaced, which I agreed upon and the work was carried out same day.I was at no point notified that any of the work being done would cause further work to need to be done.After this work was completed I was the told the wheel alignment was off, but they could fix it for £50, but the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning. This wasn't possible as the vehicle was needed that day.After picking up the car and driving it for a couple of days it was brought to my attention how poor the handling was.I've never (knowingly) had work done on my vehicle where the garage has caused an issue (the wheel alignment) and then been told that I need to pay to resolve the problem.I requested them to resolve the issue for free, which they refused, so will be going back to my regular garage to have the work done.

Very friendly staff. Had an MOT. Phoned in the morning to see if I could drop car off earlier,not expecting the MOT to be be done earlier than it should have been but it was. Very much appreciated. Failed but the fault was rectified and MOT pass.

Used integrity multiple times now, always had a good experience! Most recent occasion was for a MOT, and few months back was for front brake pads and discs. They are very fairly priced, and on one occasion I booked it in for rear brakes thinking they needed doing but integrity were kind enough to advise me they still had plenty of life left in them; instead of ripping me off like most garages would of done. Very honest garage and for that reason I will always return/recommend them. Also like that they provide video footage of any faults/advisories. Only negative really was when in for front brakes the first time my car was their pretty much all day however they did have slight issues with the pad sensor resetting etc so not entirely their fault and clearly they are very busy so doesn?t bother me too much.
