“Very nice hotel with warm rooms. The internet connection into our room wasn't good enough as we had to stand next to the window or next to the door of our room to be connected..”
“My fourth time staying here. Excellent value, family run independent budget hotel. Spotlessly clean. Warm welcome as always from owners.Easy walking distance to football ground and two excellent local pubs (greyhound and arbor house) and town centre. Free parking outside an added bonus (other ‘budget’ hotels ie travel lodge and premier inn in town charge for parking)Microwave and tea and coffee facilities in rooms, plus a breakfast bag with porridge pot, croissant and fruit juice provided at check in for the following morning.”
“We stayed here for 4 nights over the Christmas break and could not fault the beautiful cottage we stayed in. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the attention to detail was excellent. The location in the lovely village of hadleigh was ideal to explore the many walks and local amenities. The welcome pack of local produce was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back to White Hart Cottages soon to enjoy another relaxing break.”

“We came for Christmas Dinner yesterday. it was perfect. Couldn't fault it at all. Food was piping hot, and no long waits between courses. Probably the best Christmas day dinner we have ever had out. Thank you so much.”
“Rooms: Initial room, small yet cozy. Issue with water pressure for shower. 2nd room assigned on ground floor was great, no issues.
Walkability: Nice area to walk around & grounds of hotel really lovely
Food and drinks: Food consistently excellent
Noteworthy details: Superb understanding & flexibility from reception team re bookings.
Housekeeping discrete & very helpful with rooms cleaned to great standard.”
“Booked an executive suite for a business weekend as a couple yet only one robe and one set of slippers. Had to ask reception for an additional set. Room and bathroom very clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Nespresso machine was dirty I let reception know on checkout. Food was nice but a tad pricey. Breakfast had very good choice and was tasty. Staff at restaurant, bar and reception very nice, friendly and accommodating. Would book again in future.”
“Good travelodge. Clean and tidy, staff friendly and helpful. An older travelodge as they still have a proper key and a bath tub. Free carpark. Only downside is you can hear the slight rumble of the A12. Easy to find south bound, stay on A12 and turn off at service station (Starbucks). North bound , turn off just past the petrol stations that are opposite each other. Then go under A12 then on to A12 south bound. Good place for overnight stay. Would use again.”
“Comfort I knowing what you will get from Travelodge. Clean and tidy, good service and prices etc. This particular hotel was a bit "tired", but in a great location”
“We stayed overnight as we were seeing a show in town and it was much easier to stay in Ipswich overnight. First thing to note: the car park suddenly appears on your right, half way around the one way system. We missed it and had to go round again. Reception on 1st floor, there is a lift. We were on 4th floor and had a really good room. Large bed, day bed, large TV, plenty of wardrobe space, tea/coffee making facilities. Decent sized en suite shower room, not sure how room could be improved for the price (£64) so 5 stars. Breakfast at £9.99 each was very good, too.Rooms: See photos, can't speak for other rooms but ours was very large. View of the bus depot wasn't great, but we didn't book for the view.”
