“Taylor greeted us at reception and could not have been more helpful, professional, informative, her customer service skills were exceptional. Had a lovely evening meal in the restaurant where Taylor (who was multi tasking) and her colleague were working very hard as it was busy. Our room 107 was very clean and bed's comfortable.”

“We had a very clean room, even had a fan (which I used). We paid extra for a meal deal (2 course evening meal & all you can eat breakfast) evening meal nice, breakfast was lovely, every member of staff was happy to help, chatty and very welcoming. Great value for money”

“Shared a lunchtime meal with friends last week. Downstairs restaurant a little dated in decor and any kind of ambience (maybe needs a little background music) but maybe its better in the evenings? Menu was decent for meat dishes as expected, other choices a little limited. However the food we ordered was very pleasant and staff were attentive and very pleasant. Would likely visit again. “Basic clean and quiet accommodation. The hotel is a little outdated but still perfectly functional. It was clean and quiet from the traffic. The hotel was very easy to access from the A14 and parking was easy.”

“Booked an executive suite for a business weekend as a couple yet only one robe and one set of slippers. Had to ask reception for an additional set. Room and bathroom very clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Nespresso machine was dirty I let reception know on checkout. Food was nice but a tad pricey. Breakfast had very good choice and was tasty. Staff at restaurant, bar and reception very nice, friendly and accommodating. Would book again in future.”

“We spent a whole weekend at this hotel for a Masonic Ladies Festival which we ran for over 70 guests. The staff are fantastic and very helpful. The management are flexible yet professional and able to make decisions without having to pass questions through a corporate structure. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have fantastic bathrooms with walk-in showers. The food during the whole weekend was without doubt, far better than most hotels I have experienced. For Bar Meals, the Fish and Chips are unbeatable. "I guarantee it".The quality and service of the food during the banquet was exceptional and the ambiance of the Willow Suite really made the night. I have had nothing but positive comments from all who stayed at the hotel. The pool, sauna and steam room completed the stay, as did the Spa.
