An elderly lady fell in the street right in front of shop. Went in to ask for a chair for the lady to sit on while she waited for her son to arrive. They said no, due to health and safety. So went to Boots next door, they were more than happy to help, the Asst Manager brought out a chair and asked if there was anything else she could do to help.

It?s more than annoying that one cannot phone the store to enquire if a product is available. The online checker which you recommend does not work. I?m not going to waste time and money on parking I?ll just order on Amazon.

They are cheaper then some online stores and if you go there regularly it?s beneficial to use the Holland & Barrett app as you get a bigger discount on your next shop

Very helpful service from Lindsey who willingly went just beyond the end of her shift to patiently locate flaxseed oil on H&B's website and order it online for me. On collection at the store and purchase of an additional product with a discount offer, polite & cordial service from Sandra at the till. = :-)

This shop has gone above and beyond. My autistic child has found a item they love the company has seized, they checked all available shops and got a transfer made very quickly, thank you to the amazing sales lady, male manager on that day and the Felixstowe manager.

Awesome service from this store. I also shop online. I recently received the order via subscription, so I automatically get the product. Upon opening the box, I found the seal was broken and the lid wasn't on properly.. It was CBD oil and got everywhere. I emailed Holland and Barrett and got a wonderful helpful response from a lady named Holly. I got a total order replacement. I strongly advise you to shop with this company. I will never get my CBD products anywhere else. Thank you Holland and Barrett and thank you Holly.
