Sterling Networks Breakfast ran their 1st launch event this week. The staff were brilliant, friendly and very helpful. The room we used for the event was perfect with a networking area next door to serve coffee. Everyone loved the breakfast choice!All in all a good experience to run the Sterling events so we have now booked for the next 12 months..

Stayed here for business trip, very friendly staff on Reception. Breakfast food is sufficient for a Buffet. Didn?t have dinner here though. There is a ?gym? but it?s pretty much a cardio suite and nothing more.

One of the best hotels I've ever visited.Staff is really super friendly and helpful! The room was clean, the future is new. All in working condition.Restaurant with really original, good food and reasonable prices. There is even soft play corner with range of toys! Just perfect for parents who want to take brake during kids are playing.

Arrived at this hotel a little tired and moody after a 6 hour journey, however we was greeted by the warmest person on reception who instantly lifted our moods lane made us and our dog feel very welcome she also put a bowl in our room and gave the dog a treat or two.the hotel and room was really clean and met the high standards we have.The breakfast in the morning was really good and the chef was really helpful and friendly, we had a chat and he made us feel like we was at home.The location was ideal for where and what we was doingGreat job all round will happily stay againRooms: Very clean and modernNearby activities: Plenty of stuff near by clip and climb, lots of restaurants and pubs nearbyNoteworthy details: USB sockets near the bed a nice touch

Recently refurbished hotel. The rooms are tidy and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast can be included and is good value.

Very comfortable stay. Very welcoming staff, Evening meal was great. Breakfast was ok with a good selection of items. My only complaint is in relation that the eggs. Scrambled looked like they had been out a while and needed to be replaced and fried eggs were plastic looking again from being out for too long. That said. Rex (waiter) did offer some other guests fresh eggs so I guess if I had asked for some I could got fresh ones. Rex was very chatty and took a great deal of interest in me and my trip. Was very kind and offered take out boxes etc. Rex is an invaluable member of the team here ans you guys are lucky to have him.

Used the venue for a meeting. Good venue Unfortunately refreshments could have been better. They were left in the corridor, so we had to go and find them and no hot water for teas. Not a massive issue in the grand scheme of things, just a lack of detail.

Brand loyalty doesn?t appear to be a consideration at this hotel.I was with 3 work colleagues. All if which had lower IHG loyalty levels than myself, yet I got the worst room.1 had a fridge, another a bath with separate shower and all 3 had proper double beds.Mine was 2 singles pushed together with the thinnest of mattress toppers. Certainly not enough to height difference of the 2 single mattress.Cobwebs in the corner of the room and a bathroom floor that was never cleaned correctly, verified by the builder up of talcum powder.Another annoying thing was having to keep signing in to the WiFi.

Very pleasant place to stay. All the staff we had contact with were pleasant respectful and helpful could not ask for more nothing was too much trouble. Very happy to stay there again when I am in the area.

Rooms are a little dated but bathrooms are fresh, albeit with a very strange shower head which sprays a mist rather than a jet.Despite being end of October room was very warm so I imagine it's pretty unbearable in summer here.Free parking but lots of local business appear to use the car park (lexus!).Breakfast was good but coffee machine uses powdered milk which is a shame.
