Rubbish bank. There is nothing to offer. The workers have been rude and incompetent, including judging people ages and not helping or caring. Im changing banks. Ive had problems too and they are intrested and cant solve simple issues and you, yourself. Have to do almost everything and chase up

We popped in this Saturday morning to open an account with our granddaughter we spoke to the lovely Sam who was working on the cashier desk. She was so helpful and practically done the whole application for us. Sam is a credit to your company and so knowledgeable about her job. Keep up the great customer service Sam.

Been trying to get an appointment for several months and nothing available. Other branch in felixstowe directing us to this one to do what we need and cant see anyone. How can my elderly parents get to see someone. Tried to log complaint and they said would give feedback. Surely an appt should be available within that time scale. Still waiting to see someone.

This branch rarely has more than one person behind the counter. The one machine that offers the option to pay money in, inside the branch rarely works. They have recently removed the option to deposit money directly outside the bank. The staff are kind of annoying, they aren?t all that helpful or understanding. They always remind you that you can bank at the post office, I understand it?s probably part of their script but I find it cold, being reminded that I can go elsewhere every time I visit. Never a smile or a friendly comment, you just get advised that you can go elsewhere! I recommend bringing back the option to deposit money outside, additional deposit machines, that actually work and additional staff working behind counters, who have had better training! They clearly aren?t happy! When I explained the queue at the post office was worse, I was told it will depend on where I live, as some post offices are quieter. I felt like saying, most post officers have better customer service! Anyway, I?m tempted to bank elsewhere!

Really positive experience. We went in to notify them of my mum's death and they bent over backwards to fit us in and make us feel comfortable. The whole process was completed within 15 minutes by a lovely young lady called Lawryn who couldn't have been more polite and helpful. We'd just like to sincerely thank her for making a horrible process slightly more bearable. Thank you.

Disgraceful bank.Disgrimation against disabled people and waiting them clear money in bank been over 6 months avoid them. Have no care and said take few days clear been over 6months.Wow money still pending and still constantly making up rubbish to release my money.When we said we need my money to clear to buy disability car and other medical expenses. Can't give answers. Let's see what lawyer and a court says.

Terrible customer service, I hang on for ages, trying to touch buttons, I finally get through and the lady doesnt understand my very basic query, responding to a letter I have been sent by them. She cuts me off. I then type "message us" and the person I am messaging doesnt understand either. Ridiculous
