In short, a huge disappointment! While getting my Mercedes S-Class MOT tested, the mechanics' stupidity in trying to fit another car behind me caused the second car to hit my car, which was in P (parking mode for automatic transmission). This could result in damage to my car's gearbox! After pointing this out, I was insulted by an arrogant and stupid mechanic! I reported the matter to the manager, but the matter was ignored! I'm taking the car to the dealership for a gearbox inspection, and I'll submit the costs to the garage for reimbursement.

Went to get a free brake check and had an appointment booked but said pointless doing today as have no parts so can you come back Monday. I said no I still want to go through with it but said it might be a long wait even though I had an appointment booked. So because it was free they clearly didn?t want to do it and a waste of my time.

Recently took my car to Halfords and was quoted just under 3k for repairs. Something didn't seem right, so I brought my car to Autofit for them to have a look over. They found the issues right away, but this time I was quoted £120! Staggering difference. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

First trial today but would never go back. Rude/passive aggressive guy at reception and on the phone. He ended up slamming the phone down on me because I said I would like to shop around and might come back to him.

Don?t ever, ever go to this garage to get work done. I sent my Mazda there to get an offside front coil spring done, just the one, but then was stung with a 350 quid bill. I was told it was going to cost 130 and then a bit more for labour but instead they did both front springs when specifically asked to just do the one that was snapped. They also charged an extra 40 for front toe alignment adjustment. None of this was what i asked to be done, i asked for a front offside spring and thats it. I hope people see this and avoid at all costs.

A woman on my own with small children my car developed a sudden issue. Arrived at the garage without an appointment and my car was reviewed immediately. The team took the time to show me the issues at hand and able to book me in the next morning with advice and guidance. Upon collecting my car I was reassured that the car is in good shape having been repaired and thoroughly checked. No need for the further repairs that had initially been suggested. They were so kind to me and my children: an exceptionally rare experience with garages as a lone female! Swift assessment and fix. Very reasonable pricing. I can?t recommend highly enough

I booked online for a silver service, I turned up 10 mins before my time to be told quite rudely that you?re the last one we are waiting for! I was informed that I would get a call when the car was ready. Pick up time was booked for 12pm. At 1,30 I called as I had heard nothing. I was told they would go and see its progress, then the phone was put down. I got called back ten mins later to say 4pm. I stated that the pick up time I had booked was 12pm. The response being well that system doesn?t know I?ve only got two techs on! Not a problem if that had been communicated at drop off. I cancelled my plans for the day at that point. I then reversed a call to say my car was just finishing and it needed a new filter for £54. I decided not to have this as the customer service was shocking I didn?t want to give them any more of my money! I went to pick up the car and was told by the same rude man that it wasn?t ready, I said I?d had a call to say it was, that was just to see about your filter he rudely said. He then returned gave me my key and said invoice will be sent on email. No thank you no Safire the wait, I use this game as it has always been female friendly? And until this it always has been . I don?t expect to be treated rudely and made to feel like an inconvenience and to add insult to injury pay£200 for the experience?

Damsel in distress! I was far from home with an engine issue, and needed an expert opinion. Everyone was extremely helpful and as a solo female I felt comfortable, they explained things their thoughts on the problem clearly and were happy for me to wait in the reception for the recovery truck to get me some 100 plus miles home.All the guys were friendly and professional.if I lived locally I would use them as my mechanics.
