Friendly staff from the moment of arrival from hanging my bag and coat right up until walking out the door. I chose to select "any staff member" for the cut and I'm glad I did because Briony did a fantastic job, I felt comfortable and in safe hands and was impressed with how she dried and styled my hair for my night out that evening.
