We have been using Hadleigh Tyres Ipswich for years, and will continue to do so as long as we have a car. After hitting way too many potholes, we decided to bring the car in to have the tracking checked. Have used this garage several times and can?t fault it. Unfortunately as a female I?ve had some uncomfortable experiences at garages and been made to feel stupid. The staff here are so lovely, friendly and professionl. Also always found their prices reasonable too. Definitely recommend.

Caught a nail in my tyre about 20 mins from here in the middle of nowhere. They had me on my way fairly quickly with a proper repair? they also checked all my tyre pressures and put dust caps on my valves as mine were all missing. Wheels nuts were also torqued properly - I?ve had tyre shops in the past over torque them with an impact gun :/

Fantastic service and lovely people. Super big thank you to Sophie for fixing our Land Rover Discovery spare wheel winch. Your help and service is exceptional especially when we have been stuck and let down by other tyre firms. You have won our loyalty and we will not be looking for any other tyre company. 10 out of 10 ...First Class Service! Took my car there for a tyre repair and they sorted it straight away and even checked the tyre pressures on the 3 other tyres. 100% will be using them again as other companies in Ipswich weren't interested in assisting when calling around. The young lady was very friendly and helpful

Went to get an inner tube fitted half hour before close, and refused to do it considering I travelled across town to get it done, bare in mind it?s a motorcycle tyre so it?s a 10 minute job at best

Very disappointed. I've used Hadleigh Tyres in Ipswich serveral times, I had my mot and service completed there late July.After driving my car for around 2 weeks, I seemed to be using more fuel than before. I inspected the underside there appeared to be fuel leaking. the fuel filter that was changed as part of the service was not fitted correctly caused my diesel to leak.I took my car to another garage as at this point I didn't know the cause. The garage noticed that the fuel filter seal had been fitted incorrectly. After my car was repaired I contacted Hadleigh Tyres to ask if the Fuel Filter was part of the service, which it was. Hadleigh Tyres say that they would refund me for the cost of the repair, which they did.When I went to receive the refund, I asked if they would refund me towards my loss of fuel which was close to a half of a tank. Which they refused.Hadleigh Tyres admitted that they had caused the problem and did offer to pay for my repair, however I am very disappointed that they refused to consider refunding me for the fuel loss, when the loss of fuel was cause by their errorJane Bartell
