I wasn't very happy with one person I spoke to she was very rude to me didn't want to know I was very shocked as she suppose to be Qualified spiritualy, I was patient with our conversation over the phone, absolutely discusting attitude. But one thing I can say is the Receptionast lady was very kind lady, couldn't ask for such a lovely response from her over the phone so I would award the Receptionast lady ten stars. ??????????
